Happy with service except having to wait 30 minutes in town to be picked up. No phone call or message from garage. After 20 mins wait I telephoned.

£560 is a bit pricy for a starter motor (fitted) thats around £250 from Bosch

The job the car was in for was completed to a good standard and has cured the problem, however the car had been washed and was covered in dirty watermarks and swirl marks, also the steering wheel was cover in dirt.

One point to note though, I was very surprised to be asked to pay for ad blu as an extra. The charge was waived and I would expect this to be the norm. For example Land Rover do not charge and I find it petty for BMW to do so.
