Could have had it done cheaper at a non BMW garage which I would consider now it is out of warranty

We have recently launched pay monthly servicing and we can now spread payments out over 12 months % free if required. We only use genuine parts in our repairs and servicing, which ensures the parts are of the highest quality. I was contacted and advised my car needed the brake fluid changed, my availability was taken into account in arranging a time, a fault with the horns that I was not aware of was spotted and dealt with, I got a lift to and from town. Everything worked

Not quite a 5 as the technicians had not reset the service requirement check on the car, however after speaking directly with the Service manager, he assured me this would not be a problem and to return at my convenience and this would be sorted.

had a fault which turned out to be a failed X3 transfer box. A replacement car was provided, spares ordered and fixed within 6 days. Excellent service

£560 is a bit pricy for a starter motor (fitted) thats around £250 from Bosch

The job the car was in for was completed to a good standard and has cured the problem, however the car had been washed and was covered in dirty watermarks and swirl marks, also the steering wheel was cover in dirt.
