They resolved all the issues I raised and advised what work had been undertaken. I was provided with a courtesy car and the attitude of the service staff was excellent both when booking and delivering/collecting. My car was sparkling at collection.

Ear replacement required a reprogram which caused the auto headlight function to remain active in normal light. Lloyd’s reacted immmediately and fixed the problem next day.

I had an engine warning light with a trip to Aberdeen the next day. They diagnosed the problem ordered the part and had it ready early the next day. It was also washed and had a health check which showed a tire needed replaced. A car was provided.

Would have been top marks but I think some of the cleaning product had gotten on the windscreen making it difficult to see through on the drive home. A quick clean sorted it out.

I've said very satisfied opposed to completely satisfied as there was just one very small issue - I was working from home on the day of the service and was told I would be given a lift home as soon as I dropped the car off - it did take about 40 mins

We have approximately 80 miles round trip to Carlisle. We should have been advised about brake condition on the first visit, the service department should have changed the front pads and sensor as requested on the second visit.
