When washing the car it would help if the operator used clean cloths, as my windows and part of the body work smudged

We live in Durham but choose to buy our cars from Lloyds at Carlisle which is a 140mile round trip. This says it all really but I would like to add that Lloyds Carlisle have reliable, friendly and very customer focused. Big thanks to them.

The cost of replacing the brake pads and discs was too expensive compared to other garages.
