Car indicated transmission problem en route from Ayr to Hull. Called Lloyds Carlisle to investigate despite workload they took car in an repaired the fault after which we completed our journey to Hull

All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Whilst the car was being serviced we were given a lift into Carlisle and picked up, on time, for our return to Lloyds where, as promised, our car was ready and waiting.

Being told the service would require two hours I waited four and a half hours. I was also informed that two items were subject to a recall modification and had to return the following week for these to be attended to. I should have been informed

Very helpful staff who kept me informed of the problem and timescale for repairs. I called in without an appointment and was looked after straight away. I was given a replacement car for a few days whilst my car was repaired.

Wheel hubs on 10 month old car were rusty. I was told that solution was to rub them down and re-apply a protective coating.I requested that the rusty hubs be replaced as the car was only 10 months old and was told that it was not an option.

After being driven home tyre pressure light came on+no report on tyre wear.otherwise everything fine.

My vehicle was in for a minor service along with another minor problem for which a part had to be ordered. The whole process was handled efficiently by the young lady on customer services( Annie ). I collected the vehicle the following morning.

After my wife bringing the car in in September for an MOT and service. The service light was still coming on, I took it in to find out the service had not been carried out but my wife hadn't been informed. Only a vehicle check. Car had to go back in.

I am sure the actual work on the car was first class ,,however, my only concern was the sale invoice presented to me. First of all the vehicle was described as a F48 X1 sDrive18d SE which it is not. It is an X1 xDrive25d X line auto.
