Not only did my car get the srmervice that it needed, but it was also cleaned inside and out,given a heakth check and a bad scratch was touched up for me. I was offered a lift home by a lovely driver and collected later that day.

Ear replacement required a reprogram which caused the auto headlight function to remain active in normal light. Lloyd’s reacted immmediately and fixed the problem next day.

I had an engine warning light with a trip to Aberdeen the next day. They diagnosed the problem ordered the part and had it ready early the next day. It was also washed and had a health check which showed a tire needed replaced. A car was provided.
