It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. You will also see below customer comments, which are unedited.

No written info about the car after each visit- changed since service packages came in. Responding to letter asking me to come in and have the car checked before warranty ends/ car MOT'd a couple things I asked for missed and car left in dirty state.

the answer I have given is because usually my car comes back sparkling this time it was not washes and I think only a cursory clean inside.This is not a complaint only an observation.Otherwise everything else was fine

Reported problem with air-con was responded to very quickly. Car fault diagnosed following day and date for repair work was very soon afterwards.Courtesy car arranged as repair took rather longer than anticipated. Staff very attentive.

We needed new tyres and so had to wait a while, we were provided with a loan car and went to do some shopping. On our return we had coffee and read the papers. No one likes waiting but Lloyd BMW make it a pleasurable experience.

Car was polished when I dropped it off. When I got back, it had water marks all over. It had been washed (which I get is complimentary) but it hasn't been dried, so had to get the car washed again.

Two of the little caps. Were missing off the tyres. I asked for them to be replaced and they charged me for them. They were only a few quid but I thought that was a bit tight. It was the cars 1st service.

I was told that my tyre change from winter to summer would take one hour my car was in on time but I had to ask twice when it would be ready two hours I think was not the best service I have had

Parts were required for my car which were not in stock, this necessities another trip to the garage

Booked a pre warranty check and when I dropped off the car I was told it was to early date wise to do the check,so booked it in for the next weekend and was told the same thing when I dropped the car off so have had to book it in a third time

I was not advised that the brakes which had shown a service was required had in fact been giving erroneous sensor readings. I found out only after calling the service desk. Secondly the average consumption had been reset and I was not advised

I think that the mapping data for the SatNav (15 02) should have been updated during the PDI, because the current version is (16 01), which I have now installedOn the other hand at least I now know how to install future updates!
