Service excellent from booking until my car being returned. Annie at service reception very helpful and pleasant. The lady, I didn't catch her name, who drove us into town was also very pleasant and a smooth driver.

Service was fine but there has been a rattle in the tailgate area since new, they have managed to improve rattle but still something there. Will contact BMW after the new year. Also car still saying service due!

Because I was quoted a price for the wrong size tyres and the difference was an extra £66 per tyre which is a lot of money

I am sure the actual work on the car was first class ,,however, my only concern was the sale invoice presented to me. First of all the vehicle was described as a F48 X1 sDrive18d SE which it is not. It is an X1 xDrive25d X line auto.

My wife's car service ok but whoever cleaned interior used a dirty cloth, smudged clean windows, mirror, satnav screen etc! My car was in for replacement tyre valve and same dirty cloth used on clean interior + they scratched the veneer!

Very curtious / helpful staff - however as they explained / admitted it was a regular issue with the filters in the washer bottle getting clogged up, I thought for an 18 month old car this should have been covered by warranty not cost me £90!

I was well greeted and because I was only having an oil change I decided to stay at the garage for the 2 hour period. Refreshments were offered to me.

Car booked in for 0930 and expected car to be serviced at this time. Not informed when dropping car off that it would be anytime between 0930 and 1700 it would be serviced. Returned at 1400, car had not been serviced as expected.

I had arranged for new tyers and they were not delivered to the service center as expected but I never found out until I arrived and 15 minutes after my work had commenced.
