Neil Munro from the start to the completion of the purchase and collection of my BMW was extremely professional and efficient. The test drive particularly with Neil's knowledge of the car dispelled any doubts I had in changing from my 7 to the 640D

The original vehicle got damaged during transit and then there was another wait of about 6 weeks for the vehicle.

having been with lloyd bmw for 25 years the odd anomaly does come up but it has always been fully rectified to my complete satisfaction. combination of bmw cars & lloyd service desk keeps me coming back even though my cars are always over 5 years old

The strong smell of petrol fumes in the showroom was very worrying, especially as the staff were complaining about it and no one was doing anything about ventilating the area

a third party installer fitted the tyres for Lloyds and i thought the fitter was inappropriately dressed when he went into the centre as he was exceptionally filthy.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have a specialist tyre fitter to avoid alloy damage and as per our phone conversation he has no need to enter any of our customer vehicles. In addition all our customer vehicles are fitted with seat, floor ands stearing wheel covers on arrival at the centre. I hope this gives you piece of mind for any future visits. The centre could not accomodate my need to carry out the work on a Saturday and the service manager was rude and patronising.

We will always try to accommodate requests at short notice, however, on this occasion we were unable to see your car until the following weekend.
