When the car was returned after the service, the service light was still on and the washer fluid had not been topped up (which you do as a complementary free service)

Initial booking was easy. Reception was good all prepared. Kept car for 2 day so we could enjoy an overnight stay in a Lake District hotel. Sent us a video by email of an issue they had to bring to our attention. Car clean and ready on time. .

£90 to clean washer nozzles is a bit steep, furthermore i have a service pack on the vehicle which somehow got missed with staff presenting me with a bill of around £400. Although corrected promptly, should this really happen at all?

I was more than happy with my service however my car was cleaner when it entered the garage compared to after your valet. It appeared it was pressure washed then left to dry and had bird excrement on the bonnet. This was unsatisfactory.

Being told the service would require two hours I waited four and a half hours. I was also informed that two items were subject to a recall modification and had to return the following week for these to be attended to. I should have been informed

Wheel hubs on 10 month old car were rusty. I was told that solution was to rub them down and re-apply a protective coating.I requested that the rusty hubs be replaced as the car was only 10 months old and was told that it was not an option.
