Service staff seemed a little inexperienced and did not give me the usual confidence I've come to expect. They were however polite and helpful. I had two tyres as part of the service and the front wheels do not seem to be balanced correctly.

My car underwent a recall. During the visit, the car was given a health check. It found that 3 of my wheels were bucked. I had to ask which ones & was told that it was the two back ones. On reviewing the video supplied, it was the front ones !

Service, work and staff very helpful. However, car not washed very well on return and not hovered inside! I used to get that service from VW on my previous car, so certainly expect it from BMW!!!

this is the first time I was not 100% satisfied you asked me to bring in my car for BMW request , while I was in the garage I asked if it was possible for them to fit a screw cover on the front number plate this was not done

I arrived early for my appointment and was grateful for the loan of a car, however, I felt the service took a long time plus the rattle was not fixed and the stop/start button remained the same as when I took the car in.

The whole process was very well carried out, unfortunately l did' nt get an M6 as a courtesy car.

The car was in for winter tyres to be changed. I store them at home in garage in plastic bags so I requested that they be washed and dried before storage. when I returned home the wheels were still dirty and they were wet.

No written info about the car after each visit- changed since service packages came in. Responding to letter asking me to come in and have the car checked before warranty ends/ car MOT'd a couple things I asked for missed and car left in dirty state.

Reported problem with air-con was responded to very quickly. Car fault diagnosed following day and date for repair work was very soon afterwards.Courtesy car arranged as repair took rather longer than anticipated. Staff very attentive.

We needed new tyres and so had to wait a while, we were provided with a loan car and went to do some shopping. On our return we had coffee and read the papers. No one likes waiting but Lloyd BMW make it a pleasurable experience.
