We have approximately 80 miles round trip to Carlisle. We should have been advised about brake condition on the first visit, the service department should have changed the front pads and sensor as requested on the second visit.

It was fine, but I ended up paying for a bit more, e.g air con, alignment, than I expected (although it was made clear at the time that was to be paid for). I also thought that tyres should last longer than 17k, not stressed at purchase.

on our way to carlisle our car lost all power, we called in to lloyd bmw and were met at reception by shaun todhunter.he took control of our problem and told us it was caused by a faulty egr valve,he said he would order a new part and loan us a car.

They forgot to pick the car up for the last warranty work and it had to be rescheduled. However on the plus side, they always ensure it is spotless when returned. I accept that mistakes happen and they sought to resolve swiftly.

Whilst driving from Glasgow to London I tried to book my car in for a service, my preferred dealer in Farnborough and other dealers in London were able to provide a service for a number of weeks. BMW Lloyd offered me a service there and then. Superb

I was very satisfied but I do think they are very expensive. However they always wash your car inside and out which is a bonus.

Would have been higher score apart from a mileage query which was due to incorrect mileage recorded on the service sheet. When I queried this, it took several days to confirm that the cause was that the data from key read was from an hour earlier.

The exhaust became a problem after the initial repair, even though this part had not been an issue before, we had this apparently repaired, but it is rattling now with any vibration and sounds terrible. there is also still a smell of fumes in the car

Very good but the screen wash hadn't been checked,it needed 2 litres to fill it after 3 days of ownership,otherwise no problems.

excellent service and advice from neil munroehowever 4 days later I had a puncture and was told by Hereford BMW the tyres had been over inflated on delivery. There had been no prior warning message about this from the car.
