New tyres fitted quickly as requested and a reasonable price charged. Car not cleaned but that was my fault as I couldn't wait for it to be done.

Car booked in for 0930 and expected car to be serviced at this time. Not informed when dropping car off that it would be anytime between 0930 and 1700 it would be serviced. Returned at 1400, car had not been serviced as expected.

I had arranged for new tyers and they were not delivered to the service center as expected but I never found out until I arrived and 15 minutes after my work had commenced.

Staff are always polite and very friendly. Consistently my vehicles have been serviced or repaired in a reduced timescale than initially predicted. It is never an issue when organising a courtesy car or transport to and from the showroom or workshop.

Car released but required parts from Germany. The car faulted on the way home and had to be returned (another day and 66 mile round trip incurred). Fault was safety related and probably should not have been released?(PS: run out of characters......)

As the car performance was not affected at the time we could not hold the car, we do recognise that failure shortly after has caused some inconvenience to you. Booking efficiently handled. Staff at centre pleasant. Delivered car at 2.30 and was told to expect service to be completed around 4.00. Returned to centre at 3.45, car not ready until about 5.00 and I was not approached with explanation for delay.

Generally things go smoothly and few reasons to complain. Withheld completely satisfied rating because courtesy valet below par. Car was washed and interior vacuumed but boot area not vacuumed and car wash looked like it had had a quick hose down.
