Everything was done in a friendly but professional way. I have spent more than ten years living in Japan, where customer service is a way of life. This certainly does not apply in the UK, but I felt I received Japanese-level standard of service here.

There were two issues.1. faulty leather seats at rear (the leather perforations had not been coloured properlyThis is being replaced under warranty and this is very acceptable2. there is a slight judder when breaking. NOT ENOUGH SPACE

The Service Reception staff are pleasant to deal with and do their best to arrange service visits to suit the customer. They have an in depth knowledge of the cars. My car was returned in full working condition at the time promised.

My reason for an answer of ' very satisfied ' is that everything was straight forward with no issues . Only one thing I find when the service has been done and the car is washed it is left with dry streaks and still end up cleaning it any way.

Dealt with the recall well BUT Did not inform me of this important work which affected the emissions and returned a poor M.P.G This was in responce to my complaint.The garage disabled my Dash Camera and DID NOT reinstate it!

I've always found the service Lloyds Carlisle offer second to none. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable, nothing is too much trouble to them. They took me to Asda, dropped me off then picked me up again while my car was getting MOT d.

I was fitted with a faulty fuel filter which was leaking badly upon my own inspection. I done over 400 miles before finding the fault which was a little annoying however bmw did come out and fix the issue.
