I called in advance to check the availability of a replacement tyre. They called back shortly after to confirm they' had one in stock and offered a reasonable price. They welcomed me as soon as I arrived at Service Reception.

I have some continuing doubts about a problem I reported. In fairness, a thorough test was executed but, predictably, the problem did not materialise! The other comment I would make is that there were some invoicing/reporting discrepancies.

Although the faulty wipers were not spotted during PDI and we're apparent upon receipt of the car, they were completely renewed without quibble or fuss. The car was neatly valaided too.

Car booked in for MoT and Service. On arrival informed only MoT required. Car has service package, however, it became apparent that due to the mileage aspect it could never keep to the criteria set at the last service (50k miles).

ended up not being able to get put on bmw insurance after saying they could do it so was stuck during hand over trying to sort out insurance and ended up having to pay £300 a year more because of it

Car was delayed, through no fault of the BMW dealer in Carlisle, but to fix a glitch in the new model. Unfortunately this put the delivery time very near Christmas, making things difficult.
