All BMW’s come with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty but the first time we saw your car it was over 4 years old. Correct me if I’m wrong by providing current warranty details as I can’t find a valid warranty on your car? At first the service department couldn't find the fault, even through the fault had just re occurred when we drove into the garage, and they still can't rectify keyless entry fault. The valeting department is a disgrace, on e again, nothing improved

. On this occasion on returning home after the service I noted that the invoice and health check sheet stated that the car had covered over 72,000 miles instead of just over 7,200 miles. I had to contact the garage and request this to be changed.

Would have been 5star except they didn't repair damage done to insulation by a mouse.

See above comment. I was not happy with the fact that whoever had spilled on the mat did not attempt to clean it before passing back to me. I paid 400 for my service and I expected it back in at least as good condition as it went in.

Car was in for MOT but had condensed rear lights which were not covered by the warranty

The BMW warranty is very comprehensive but you are right the condensation is not a warranty issue after the vehicle is over 3 years old and if it were to be fixed it would be at a cost to yourself. Car had a vibration at speeds over 80 miles per hour, didn't notice as not a fast driver and was not to concernedas car in warranty. Took to garage and was told it was wear and tear, only done 4000 miles and they inform me all wheels are buckled

Thank you for your feedback. Although the BMW warranty is very comprehensive there are exclusions. Buckled wheels is an exclusion as this only occurs due to impact with either a pot hole, speed bump, curb etc. At your visit we replaced a tyre due to a bleb in the sidewall. We also changed the wheel that was most buckled at no cost to yourself. We road tested the vehicle up to 70mph and found no vibration. Please let us know if there are any further issues. ended up not being able to get put on bmw insurance after saying they could do it so was stuck during hand over trying to sort out insurance and ended up having to pay £300 a year more because of it
