I requested the technician investigate and repair faulty seat - I showed the technician the issue (very loud annoying squeeking) I was told it had been repaired but it is worse after the visit than before - it is hugely annoying...

Curtis Bennett my service advisor was fantastic, 10 out of 10 service. An issue with the car regarding the oil filter being stuck but throughout the 5hrs it took Curtis kept me assured and informed on the progress and entertained with test drives

I needed to point out to Lloyds that the air conditioning problem occurred very soon after they had carrried out an air conditioning service, but they then agreed to cover the cost of the air con service themselves.

The service itself has been conducted well. However, that is a noise coming from the cars suspension or steering components. So far this has not been traced to the point of resolution. This is disappointing.
