I felt I had to justify the reasons I gave for bringing my car in for your technicians to repair. Annie was great but both my wife and I felt that Curtis was unfriendly and kept us waiting a considerable amount of time waiting for the car.

I was told it was a free health check ,clean in side and out when I picked it up inside under the passenger seat was a McDonalds cup I know it wasn't there before as I dont let anyone eat or drink in my car so they've used my car to go to McDonalds

If it is more convenient to communicate via email to fit with your busy schedule please let reception know if you cannot get through first time in future. Regarding the MOT email, this is automatically sent once the pass certificate is issued however it is not the last check we complete. The fault it was booked in for was a warning light stating "headlamp auto adjustment failure". The fault, albeit intermittent, is still there. It was there when I collected the car and but disappeared within 2 minutes and was there again since.

My car was off the road for major repairs but due to the car being bought outside the dealer network (15 year old M3) it took some time for repairs to be authorised and then for the fault to be found. I left the garage with 2 new faults now apparent.

Mentioned fault that could have been fixed under warranty but wasn't.

All BMW’s come with a 3 year unlimited mileage warranty but the first time we saw your car it was over 4 years old. Correct me if I’m wrong by providing current warranty details as I can’t find a valid warranty on your car? I was considering an automatic, but wasn't sure if it was for me. However Fiona, having an automatic herself, took me out for a drive. Afterwards I was convinced an automatic was for me, and I haven't looked back. I absolutely love my car!!
