All went smoothly - really happy with my Z4 and the showroom looked great, Neil explained all the tech & set me up with the BMW app for my phone etc. Had bought a Volvo recently of Lloyd Motors so knew how they value my custom.

Very friendly and obliging. Was delighted when I went to pick up the car and was told due to the recall we were given £100 voucher. Paid for the wiper we needed replaced and the ad blu and we were given some freebies to make up the rest. Amazing!

I was told the service would take 1.5hours when I booked so decided to stay. In the event it took over 2.5hours

Service time 9.45am. Arrived at 9.35. Told service would be 90 mins, so 11.15 should be complete. 10.30 noticed car was still parked where i left it. Got car back just after noon. Be nice to be told of delay in case plans had been made to go s'where

I was surprised to be offered a free wash and vac of my car even though it was only in for a free health check. I declined as I was in a rush during a busy working day, but appreciated the offer. Video of inspection is also appreciated.

In the early stages of the investigation they could not determine the fault and I had to press for further investigation. The car was only three weeks old so it was disappointing to have this fault in the first place.
