Brakes and MOT completed with no issues. Car was handed back after having had a wash and hoover. NOT. Car had never been near a wash or even cleaned. Didn't point this out as it would have been another hour on top of a long day.

We had a recall on the car for a new starter motor. It was done late Jan.26. The car appeared ok until14th March. The starter made a clonking noise and would not start. Rang BMW Carlisle, response was it might not be the starter motor.

A computer module fault which hadn't beeen erradicated on previous visits to other dealers was picked up on and corrected by replacing the unit. Someone in service took the time to investigate properly, as opposed to doing a simple reset

Lloyd BMW make sure the customer experience is relaxing and clearly signposted. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They all appear happy in their jobs. We use Lloyd despite it being a 4 hour round trip, because it's always a pleasure.

The staff were very accommodating. Great service. Staff offered me a beverage and brought it over to me. I was sent a video of my car going over the issue and it was explained clearly. I got my car back hoovered and cleaned.

Vehicle was in for work and only by reading paperwork before leaving dealership do I discover the coolant was identified as low and no action taken! Also AC still requires attention as fault has been wrongly diagnosed as low ac gas.

Took longer than advised; not informed vehicle was ready-had to ask when I noticed in BMW app that it had been parked up and locked for some time. No instructions given on how to use the dash cam. Still not convinced I have the correct connectivity

All round great service, great facilities. Only reason for a 4* and not 5 is I did discuss issues I have with my in car mic when in a phone call, a lot of background noise when driving at speed or in rain makes the system more or less unusable.
