It had been an emergency visit as my car bonnet had jammed and I had needed to refill engine oil and screen wash soon. They managed to give me an appointment the same day and released the bonnet and also did a health check on the car.

I felt the service was very good and professional. Buying the car is not just about the sale, it is about the experience, the comfort and the "feeling" you have when dealing with the provider. BMW is a luxury brand and it needs to feel luxury always.

Call made to me at 9 asking where I was for my 10.30 appointment! I waited but you rang my wife at her work about the tyres when I was in the showroom. The wrong tyres were fitted after I'd waited an hour so you had to give me a lift home. Fiasco
