Car in for a recall to replace the driver's airbag. Looks like my leather cover has been replaced with a plastic one. Also when collected the tyre pressure warning was on, it wasn't when dropped off. Called to discuss, promised a callback, no one did

The car was booked in for a safety recall for the replacement of the driver's airbag. It was at a time convenient to me and the car was washed and hoovered inside afterwards. I was able to wait in the customer area with coffee and biscuits provided.

The customer service was excellent as always but I was not very impressed with how my car was returned to me after being washed, it was worse than it was when I dropped it off, watermarks over the windows and the car was still dirty.

Booked in for a recall on NSR door. On booking I had advised the service advisor that there was a rattle from that door. The rattle is still not fixed. The garage would not look at it again that day so I need to do 60 mile trip to get this fixed.

Easy to book and carried out within the given timescales. We drive 600 mile round trip for the excellent service at Lloyds Carlisle. Quoted hours for a service recall in Aberdeen, Lloyds quoted 20-30 mins which was realistic.

No hassle or pressure you are listened to what you want and they will also advise you on certain things. Time was spent at handover into great detail, any issues with operating and it is just a phone call away.
