We use Lloyds BMW Carlisle because of the old round service given from all departments.

Neil Munro very organised and I feel gives the personal touch to any purchasing a car. As the handover is in its own area and away from other customers give the care and attention required.

Only 4 stars - as there was a lack of clarity on road tax costs and T&Cs for finance package. No info was provided for the later at the time of original purchase to allow review prior to collection.

The car was delivered on time, the sales executive Tim Natrajan and his colleagues kept me updated throughout, the handover was very good aswell.
