Ed was efficient when liaising with Head Office in sorting out full payment from BMW regarding the auxiliary heater as a result of the delay caused by spare parts coming from Germany.

This was my first visit as a new customer. It took over 2.5 hours to change a set of summer tyres. However, it was acknowledged that the service had been rather below expectation and as a result there was no charge.

Car booked in for recall expected to complete on same day .Kept in overnight because of difficulty in fitting part . Required to pay £12 to waive insurance excess on courtesy car. Surely , BMW or dealer should bear this cost when car is recalled ?
