Appointment date (for the vehicle recall) arranged as soon as possible. My vehicle was checked and parts needed were in stock, allowing me to get home without further delay. New wipers fitted - I paid for these but glad this was sorted for me.

I was disappointed with the service I received. I came all the way from Lancaster, booking 2 new tyres in advance and what I get? Only 1 tyre! Which is unacceptable. You should call me before I arrived and let me know what's going on... but NOTHING

Tyres offered at a competitive price, but not blown up properly

Good for customer comfort if waiting or wanting to go into the city during car servicing time. Car cleaned inside and out surprisingly more thoroughly than expected. However service cost uncompetitive. Very minor issue requires brief return visit.

Efficient and returned the car cleaned inside and out. On a negative side, and as usual, the staff tried to sell me things ie maintenance package, am I looking to change my car etc I don't need that prompting.

Shaun at Lloyd's negotiated a reduction in the excess I had to pay on the warranty claim. The fault was fixed Quickly. The drivers who took me to work and back to the garage were prompt and polite, and the car was beautifully cleaned on collection.

My visit was for brake disc assessment, and other minor work, the service indicator light was on for this and was not changed to indicate the next work due. I only noticed this when I got home and so had to return the next week to have it altered.

The dealership were very good. I didn't know but they had great difficulties getting the car I had reserved. It turned out that a dealer in Huddersfield wouldn't release the car and I appreciated everything Carlisle did to get me the car I wanted.

I bought a vw a few years back and when picking it up the mrs was greated with a bunch of flowers and a gift for my self which was a nice touch, with buying such an expensive vehicle it was quite disappointing that there was nothing like that.
