I struggled to put air in my tyres due to my health. Even though my car had only just been in for a service the staff were happy to help me out and said just come up anytime and we will ensure all is sorted at no charge

Reason was a recall. Due to being over 70 and having underlying health issues did not want to go to Carlisle. A driver picked the car up (sanitised where needed covered the seat etc) on return the same procedure on time and very pleasant.
