Annie in service is extremely efficient and clearly has a sound understanding of my M5 car. From getting me a suitable replacement car and making sure it was available to me overnight made the servicing of my car relatively painless.

As you would expect from Bmw, really professional service on the repair, however, I couldn't get my car back until I had replaced the two front tyres (costing £334.95 my cost) as they were the incorrect speed rating which has no effect on roll radius

BMW are supportive of mechanical issues after a warranty expires. However a vehicle from a private seller influences the decision as opposed to when a vehicle is purchased from an approved centre where a 12month warranty would come with the vehicle. On this occasion we recovered the majority of the costs from BMW for you & replaced your transfer box, this now comes with a 2year warranty. BMW insisted on the approved tyres as a condition of there goodwill gesture. Kind Regards, Craig Bowers HOB.

Good overall but two minor points. I first asked the lady on the service desk if they would ring me when my car was completed, that never happened. Second, the same lady forgot to include a quote which I was after for a future service. Minor issue.

I was not completely satisfied as the AdBlu was not topped up even though it needed almost 10l, and the next day the tyre pressure warning came on indicating reduced pressure in one tyre. I did address the AdBlu and had it topped up as an addition.

I requested the technician investigate and repair faulty seat - I showed the technician the issue (very loud annoying squeeking) I was told it had been repaired but it is worse after the visit than before - it is hugely annoying...
