Fantastic service and very friendly helpful staff. From Curtis booking my vehicle in to Ed overseeing the booking into the workshop to Amanda handing me my BMW back over after the work was complete. All 3 of the staff were amazing and very helpful
Only downside was lack of refreshment etc due to covid, but otherwise the usual Lloyds high standard.
The customer centric it's was amazing so many other business's could learn from this experience. The training that is obviously a high priority for each colleague was evident and contributed to a great experience for me.

My MOT provided clear statement of the state of the vehicle - having passed. I received helpful advice about tyre wear and brake pads and this amplified the reassurance given by an MOT.
